PASTA WITH VEGGIES

PASTA  WITH  VEGGIES:

INGREDIENTS:           ( serves 2 )

200  g pasta
1  capsicum, seeded and cubed
1  tbsp  chopped spring onion
50  g shredded cabbage
1/4  tsp  ajinomoto
1/2  tsp  sugar
1/4  tsp  pepper powder
Salt, to taste
1  tbsp  chilli sauce
1  tbsp  oil

METHOD:
  • Boil pasta and keep aside. Heat oil in a wok and saute capsicum, cabbage and spring onion for two minutes on high heat.
  • Add pepper powder, ajinomoto, sugar, salt and chilli sauce. Mix well and add pasta. Toss for a minute, garnish with spring onion and serve immediately.
